Grilled Steak, Hasselback Potatoes & Garlic Butter Vegetables Recipe - Sumptuous😋 #dinnerrecipe

A perfect dinner befitting any occasion from casual family evening dinner to special occasion such as date nights, birthdays, anniversary, valentine dinner, and holiday meal.
I’ve always enjoyed making Steak Dinner for my families and friends . And this bullet proof recipe is always a crowd pleaser with lasting memories.

Ingredients;
Steak seasoning rub Ingredients
2 Sirloin steak
1 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil (massage the beef)
1 tsp thyme
2 tbsp light Soy sauce
2 tsp Sherry cooking wine
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp crushed res pepper

Additional Steak sauce
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Sherry cooking wine


Hasselback Potatoes
5 potatoes
21/2 sticks salted butter
Milled black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil( rub the potatoes)
Bake @ 400F for 20 minutes 2 (40 minutes)

Garlic butter Stir Fry Vegetables
Herbed seasoned garlic butter
1 tsp butter
1/2 sliced yellow onions
Sweat peppers
Broccoli
2 tbsp Sherry cooking wine
1 tsp basamic glaze
