Hi aspirants,
For CSAT exam, more than the actually difficulty of the paper, it is about the fear. Most aspirants treat CSAT as some kind of a monster.

Where does this fear comes from? Specially, the fear of any exam.

In my experience, it mostly comes from the Uncertainty and the Unknown. Because students are not aware about CSAT paper as such, they feel fearful of it.

It is similar to facing a fast bowler for the first time in a cricket match. Imagine yourself facing a fast bowler for the first time in a cricket match. Now imagine Sachin Tendulkar doing the same..

What to do? Well, what would Sachin Tendulkar do? He would understand the bowler, find a solution to face him, then he would practice a LOT.

So for CSAT or any other exam, you should:
1. Get to know the subject, the topic, the problem you are facing
2. Find the solution then
3. Practice, practice, practice
4. Get confidence though self-testing How to prepare and get over the fear of CSAT for UPSC prelims | Manuj Jindal IAS AIR 53
