i lately received the following email from US DEPARTMENT (HIRTF):

As Secretary Blinken has said, there is nothing of greater import than the safety and security of our employees and their families at home and abroad.

If you are experiencing illness and/or symptoms, please seek immediate medical care from your primary care provider.

Please fill out the attached questionnaire and return to HIRTF@state.gov.

We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible and ask for your patience as we prepare our response. We will forward your information to relevant members of the task force who will reach out to you directly if the additional information is needed. You may or may not hear from investigative officers. No further action is necessary on your behalf.
