Hello everyone today we'll know what are factors and Multiples
Factors: A number which comes in the table
for example - 9×3 gives is 27
so 9 and 3 are the factors of 27

Properties of factors :
Every number is a factor 1 because it devides every number exactly

A number (other than zero) is a factor of itself because every non zero number divides itself exactly
The number is the greatest factor of itself

1is the smallest factor of every number

A factor is less than or equal to the number

Every number (other than 1) has least two factors

Every non zero number is a factor of 0÷3=0 etc
==============================================

Multiples : let's again take 9×3 gives us 27
So 27 is a multiple of 9 and 3
Properties of multiples :
Every number is a multiple of 1

Every number is a multiple of itself and is the smallest multiple of that number

Every multiple of a number is greater than or equal to the number
We can find as many multiples of a number we want
==============================================
Divisibility rules: ( 2, 3, 5 ,10)
2= A number is divisible by 2 if the digit in its ones place is divisible by 2
Eg= 62 ,38 and so on..

3= A number divisible by 3 if the sum of its digit of a number is divisible by 3
Eg= 12 now add 1+2 = 3
Now see 3 is divisible by 3 or not
3 is divisible by 3 so 12 is divisible by 3

5= A number is divisible by 5 if it has 0 or 5 in its ones place
Eg= 20, 35 ,3900 and so on..

10= A number is divisible by 10 if it has 0 in its ones place
Eg= 390,2100 and so on..
Hope it's clear
