There is a huge misconception about having eggs in common people. We actually do not know the quantity or amount of egg should be taken by a normal person. After a recent research,   Health experts now suggest eating as little dietary cholesterol as possible, aiming to keep intake under 300 milligrams (mg) a day.This means a normal person can easily consume upto 300 milligram(mg) of cholesterol to live healthy and person with heart problems can comsume upto 200 milligram (mg) of cholesterol to increase HDL i e good Cholesterol. So now , we must know that One large whole egg has about 186.5 mg of cholesterol and it doesn't seem to raise cholesterol levels at all. What we have discussed in this video is all about the myth of eating eggs. Hence, an egg a day does not increase our risk of a heart attack, or a stroke, or any other type of cardiovascular disease.
